Oh My God, Barry. Happy Birthday.

Oh my god, I was just informed (I was looking on Barry's website) that September 1st was Barry Gibb's birthday. So Happy Birthday, Barry. You know we all love you, even though some people just don't say so. You are unbelievably awesomeful, and those of us who respect you bow down. And now I'm going to go post a birthday message on your website.

So What Albums Do I Have?

You: Well, if you're such a Bee Gees fan, let's hear the albums you have.

Me: My pleasure. Because I don't have a credit card my dad is basically paying for everything I buy off iTunes, so I only have four albums. I have Size Isn't Everything, E.S.P, Best of the Bee Gees, and Bee Gees Greatest hits. Above are the covers.

A Word on the Bee Gees.

So, what is this blog utterly devoted to? Take a look at the picture above these words. Those people, my friends, are the Bee Gees. At the top in the dark purple jacket is Barry Gibb, the oldest of this trio of brothers. Next is Robin Gibb, twin brother of the last Bee Gee, Maurice Gibb. He's the one in the jacket that screams awesomeness. 

In fact, everything about Maurice screams awesomeness. Let's start with his name, Maurice. If I was a boy, I would kill for a name like Maurice. That's classic, that name. It just... it just makes me so happy. And the open friendliness of his face and voice just radiates. Look at the picture, you'll see what I mean. His talent is amazing. Maurice was a genius. We all miss him so much.

When I get time, I'll post my entries on Barry and Robin here, too.

You Win Again

I have decided to name my blog You Win Again, the title of my current favorite Bee Gees song. None of my friends, come to think of it practically nobody I know, shares my passion for the Bee Gees. So I was forced to separate my main blog (you can read it here) and this one. So here I will be raving about my new favorite band. And as soon as I figure out how to make it play music when you get to this page, you will be hearing You Win Again while you read about my Bee Gees adventures.

I have done some HTML, actually for a few years. So I'm going to screw with this blog until it eventually evolves into something amazing and beautiful beyond belief.
